RICH CONNECTEDNESS Research Programme Is Launched by IdeaXme Ltd and Marios Kyriazis

6th April, 2019: The launch of Rich Connectedness, a research programme implemented to explore the potential of deep human connection.

Two questions will be added to ideaXme interviews. The answers will form the basis of a research project, a collaboration between ideaXme and Dr. Marios Kyriazis, MD and Nobel Prize candidate 2017.

ideaXme is a podcast, ambassador and mentor programme. Our interviews feature the innovators, creators and trailblazers who shape our world.

This research project “Rich Connectedness” looks at the VALUE OF BEING CONNECTED – NOT IN LARGE NUMBERS BUT IN RICH WAYS TO MOVE PEOPLE AND IDEAS FORWARD. Supposition: It is not about the numbers of people we are connected to, it is about the quality of those connections and how we communicate on a deep level with them that affects our lives.

One of the key things about the people (who shape our world) that ideaXme interviews is how they have managed to “connect richly” with others to move forward. They are helped and in turn help others in an equally rich way.

Why did ideaXme approach Kyriazis? His research explores the interactions of humans with our technological ecosystem, and the biological consequences of these interactions…. the concept that agents which are useful in the evolution and adaptation of any system, are retained by that system. This concept can be applied in the specific case of humans who are actors within a highly technological and hyper-connected society, forming part of a Global Brain. The rationale is that these humans are valuable in the evolution of the global society and are thus more likely to live and function for longer…in essence he explores the value of being richly connected.
