Andrea Macdonald, founder of ideaXme, interviews Karolina Demianczuk, Creator of Spontime, the new social networking app exploding onto the social scene of young adults world-wide, who would like to meet Mark Zuckerberg.
Whilst this might seem an outrageous request for a new comer, Karolina achieves most things she sets her sights on! In the space of one week she put together her launch team. 8 months later she launched Spontime simultaneously with completing her Masters exams. 10 days after the launch Spontime, which was created with Karolina’s limited savings from her positions as an intern while a student at The Warsaw School of Economics, is reportedly, according to Gurdeep Pandher, Huffington Post worth $3.3 million.
So why Mark Zuckerberg? Karolina loves to reach out to people. “He launched Facebook from University like us. I’d love to hear what he thinks of our concept.” So what are the odds that Mark Zuckerberg might say yes? Well, it’s not easy to turn Karolina down. She’s a person who most people would want to speak to. She is open, intelligent, go getting and sociable. An ideal CEO of a new app which encourages people to be more sociable and spend more time with each other.
